An annual programme of research, monitoring and benchmarking assesses the economic impact of tourism to Greater Yarmouth, and also identifies areas for development, improvement and key opportunities which should be maximised.

A special market research SWAT team worked over summer 2015 to assess the impact of the fireworks in Hemsby and in Great Yarmouth, with researchers out and about on fireworks evenings to talk to visitors. The results are below for you to download.

The same SWAT team also interviewed attendees to the Maritime Festival, asking for opinions about the event and providing us with valuable insights to help develop the event further. The report is below for you to download.
